‘Increase Sales, save time, save cost’: This has been Fintecture’s motto since its inception.

The Fintecture Dashboard, which you can find at the top of the navigation menu, contains key data to help you understand Fintecture's impact on your sales.

Keep reading for information about each functionality and data point it contains, as well as our Increased Sales algorithm!

1. What are the data and functionalities included in the Fintecture dashboard?

  • Date picker

At the top right-hand corner of your Dashboard, you will find a date picker, which allows you to select the time-frame for which you want to display your data.

Please note that the minimum selectable timeframe is 1 week, as shorter periods of time do not allow to fetch/retrieve reliable/sturdy enough data. (TBC) If no data is available for your selected dates, please try with other dates or expand the timeframe.

  • Total volume generated

Total volume generated when aggregating all transactions realised through Fintecture within the time frame chosen in the date picker.

  • Total number of transactions

Count of all transactions realised through Fintecture within the time frame chosen in the date picker.

  • Fintecture users

Share of your payers who have used Fintecture on various platforms. In other words, these are payers who have used Fintecture to pay you as well as other merchants. These are users who have developed a habit of using our payment solution whenever they have the chance.

This data allows you to measure to which extent your sales are impacted by the Fintecture network of users/by Fintecture power users.

  • Recurring payers

Share of your clients who have used Fintecture several times on your website.

This data allows you to measure which proportion of your clients relies on Fintecture to process their payments.

  • AOV Distribution

This graph represents your sales' volume repartition based on the Average Order Value (i.e., which proportion of your sales was made through orders of a certain value).

You can use the toggle to see how the volume is spread in absolute terms by switching from % to €.

On average, Fintecture allows businesses to increase their AOV by 15%. This data allows you to measure the importance of bigger order values on your sales.

2. How is my profit with Fintecture calculated?

Through several months of research and development, our teams created an algorithm which, based on the data provided in this Dashboard, calculates Fintecture's direct impact on your sales.

When using Fintecture, several factors have a direct positive impact on your sales:

  • Failed card payments. 15% of all e-commerce card payments fail. With Fintecture, you can offer a fallback payment method to all frustrated customers whose card payment got rejected!

  • Bigger baskets. Fintecture allows to convert payers whose order value goes beyond their card limit, as well as payers who do not wish to max out their card for the month. By offering a bank transfer solution, you allow your users to pay for their order without worrying about their card limit!

  • The Fintecture network of payers. Customers have already used Fintecture on other websites are likely to become your clients as well, as you are offering a solution that simplifies their purchases!

  • Recurring payers. Once payers have made a successful payment with Fintecture, they are likely to do more.

3. Why is there no data available?

If no data is available for your selected dates, please try with other dates or expand the timeframe (min. 1 week).

❗️Please note that the Fintecture Dashboard may not be available for all clients. You can contact our support team to know more.
