We have designed a Sandbox (test) version to enable you to visualize the steps of the payment journey before going live. The Sandbox environment is available at any time and does not require an activated account. Therefore, you can take advantage of the activation period to start your testing!

1. Create Your Store or Application in the Sandbox Environment :

  1. Create a store or an application (developers tab) from your Fintecture space by selecting the Sandbox environment.

  2. Configure this store on your Test environment site using the previously generated API keys (APP ID, APP SECRET, and Private Key).

2. Simulate an Immediate Transfer :

  1. Simulate an order and select Fintecture to test the payment journey (either from your CMS in sandbox version, by creating a payment link in the "Get Paid" tab of your Fintecture space, or via API).

  2. On the Connect (payment interface), you can simulate various statuses: ◦ Payment Created (payment_created): Select CIC or Crédit Mutuel, follow the complete flow and validate. ◦ Payment Unsuccessful (payment_unsuccessful): Select CIC classic, validate the banking credentials, then abandon the transaction. ◦ Payment Pending (payment_pending): Select CIC private, validate the banking credentials, then abandon the transaction. If you wish to simulate a status change from pending > unsuccessful / pending > created, send us the payment references so that we can perform the simulation.

The information will be pre-filled for each bank (IDs, false amount, etc.).

Note that during your test, it will be a fictitious payment and not a real transaction. Only a few banks provide us with a functional Sandbox portal.

You can then find these tests in the payment tab, filtering by Sandbox:

Once your tests are finalized, and your account is activated, you can proceed to the configuration in Production!

3. Simulate an Intelligent Transfer :

Available only for API integration (developer tab): consult our API documentation

To find your test payment sessions, go to the payment tab, filtering by Sandbox:
