It is important to follow the following set of recommendations to ensure a successful launch:
A - Maximize online adoption
Personalization: take care to personalize the payment interface and your emails (see dedicated article)
Check-out: your check-out page should encourage your customers to try Fintecture. Put Fintecture in the 1st position on your payment page and remove the bank transfer. Add a "recommended" insert to encourage your customers to pay with this payment option
Communication: inform your customers that a new payment option is available through a newsletter and a post on social networks. Don't forget to mention Fintecture in your FAQ or on your payment solutions page. We provide you with everything you need to communicate with your customers (logo, sample newsletter, banner etc.)
B - Maximize offline membership
Personalization: take care to personalize the payment interface and your emails (see dedicated article)
Reassurance: explain and promote your new solution when sending payments with descriptions and videos
