Your account has been activated! Don't lose time, and move on to the Fintecture`s implementation to start collecting your first payments.


1 - Fintecture Implementation

Whatever you want to do with Fintecture, installation is quick and easy!

Plug & Play

  • For physical or offline payment: nothing more simple, just create a store dedicated to payment requests, follow the guide!

Custom

  • If your website is not on any of the Magento, PrestaShop, WordPress or Oasis platforms, you can integrate via API to implement Fintecture on your website: installation guide

  • On an application: see our installation guide for a custom integration using our API documentation

  • On an ERP: all the steps to follow are detailed in this guide

  • You are an agency and want to develop a plugin? This guide will help you.

2- Boost adoption

It is important to follow the following set of recommendations to ensure a successful launch:

A - Maximize online adoption

  • Personalization: take care to personalize the payment interface and your emails (see dedicated article)

  • Check-out: your check-out page should encourage your customers to try Fintecture. Put Fintecture in the 1st position on your payment page and remove the bank transfer. Add a "recommended" insert to encourage your customers to pay with this payment option

  • Communication: inform your customers that a new payment option is available through a newsletter and a post on social networks. Don't forget to mention Fintecture in your FAQ or on your payment solutions page. We provide you with everything you need to communicate with your customers (logo, sample newsletter, banner etc.)

B - Maximize offline membership

  • Personalization: take care to personalize the payment interface and your emails (see dedicated article)

  • Reassurance: explain and promote your new solution when sending payments with descriptions and videos

  • Communication: inform your customers that a new payment option is available through a newsletter and a post on social networks. Don't forget to mention Fintecture in your FAQ or on your payment solutions page. We provide you with everything you need to communicate with your customers (logo, sample newsletter, banner etc.)
