When creating or modifying your shop, a block is reserved for customising your shop:

It will allow you to customise the payment interface and automatic Fintecture emails:

Personalising emails and the payment interface is a great way to reassure your customers. Your customers will not feel like they are leaving your environment.

Customise the Connect

The Fintecture logo is displayed by default on the Connect (payment interface):

If you wish, you can personalise the Connect by replacing the Fintecture logo with your own.

How to do it

  1. From your Fintecture space, go to the My Shops tab

  2. Select the shop you want to customise

  3. In the Your shop customization section, upload your icon in "pictogram" format

  4. Click on save changes

In the case of live integration, this is done in the Developers tab.

Customise emails

The Fintecture logo is displayed by default on the automatic emails received by your customers:

If you wish, you can personalise these emails by replacing the Fintecture logo with your own by adding a logo:

How to do it

  1. From your Fintecture space, go to the My Shops tab

  2. Select the shop you want to customise

  3. In the Your shop customization section, upload your logo and set the colour of the mail banner

  4. Click on save changes

In the case of live integration, this is done in the Developers tab.
