Approximately 12 to 20% of e-commerce payments made by credit card fail, and this percentage increases for higher transaction amounts, potentially reaching 30 to 40% for transactions exceeding 1000 euros. Such payment rejections can be a source of frustration for both customers and merchants, leading to significant sales losses. Fintecture offers an innovative solution tailored to online payments, enabling you to minimize these payment failures regardless of the transaction amount.

An advanced option within the PrestaShop module now allows you to set a minimum amount beyond which Fintecture Transfer will be displayed as the top payment solution on your checkout.

How to activate the Payment Express option on PrestaShop:

  1. Navigate to your PrestaShop settings:

2. Activate the Payment Express option:

3. Display of the express button:

Here is the express payment button:

The express payment button will be visible on the product page and in the cart summary.

4. Opening of a modal window: Clicking on this button opens a modal window displaying the following information:

  • Items in the cart

  • Shipping and billing addresses

  • Shipping method

  • Payment type

  • Checkbox for legal terms

5. Fixed information: None of this information can be altered at this stage (enhancements are being considered based on the feature's popularity).

6. Validation and redirection: Clicking on "Order Now" (which becomes clickable once the legal terms box is checked) redirects the user to:

  • The payment selector (if the merchant has Instant Transfer + Smart Transfer)

  • Fintecture's bank search (if the merchant only has Instant Transfer)

7. Automatic email with survey: If the user pays with express payment, they will receive an automatic email with a survey. This email will be sent only for the first payment made with express payment.

By adjusting this setting, you direct your customers to the most suitable payment method based on their cart amount. This strategy increases the likelihood of successful transactions while providing a smoother and more satisfying user experience. Fintecture Transfer thus becomes the preferred alternative for significant purchases, significantly reducing the risk of payment rejection and improving your conversion rate.

With Fintecture, you have control over the payment experience and can tailor your strategy to meet the specific needs of your clientele and the peculiarities of your sector. This flexibility is crucial, especially in an e-commerce context where every detail counts in converting a visitor into a satisfied buyer.
