💡 Please, note that this feature only applies to Production environment and is available to Administrators only.

Fintecture allows Administrators to manage member access for each point of sale.

There are several ways you can manage members’ access:

  1. From your Shops and Applications

    • For Shops: Go to Shops to create or manage a Shop.

    • For Applications: Go to Developers > Applications to create or manage an Application.

In the first step of your Shop or Application creation process, you can select members from a drop-down menu who will have access to create and see payment requests linked to the Shop or Application.

All company members are selected by default. Admins cannot be removed. Use the search bar to find members by name or email address.

You can come back to your App or Shop at any time to add or remove members.

  1. From Settings > Team

Navigate to: Settings > Team

To add a new member, click on the ‘+ New Member’ button. Upon adding a new Member to your team, you may select the Shops or Applications they can access to see or create payment requests.

By default, all Shop and Apps are selected for new members.

If a member's role is "Administrator," they will have access to all Shops and Applications, and their access cannot be restricted.

You can edit a member’s access at any time by going to the menu > Edit Profile.

Member access visibility

All members can view their Shop and Application access in the Profile > My Profile section of the Fintecture Console.

How does member access restriction differentiate from Roles?

  • Roles: Determine a member’s range of actions (e.g., requesting a payment, making a refund, changing parameters).

  • Member Access Restriction: Defines visibility and scope of actions across various points of sale represented by Shops and Applications.

What are the various roles in the Fintecture Console?

With roles, you can assign different rights to your team members, which will determine their range of action. There are 5 different roles:

  • Administrator

This role is assigned to the creator of the account by default. Several members can also be Administrators.

This role allows to view payments, create payments requests, refunds, create Shops and Applications, add bank accounts and manage users.

  • Developer

This role allows to view payments, create payments requests, refunds, create Shops and Applications.

  • Operator

This role allows to view payments, create payments requests and refunds.

  • Sales

This role allows to view payments and create payments requests.

  • Accountant

This role provides access to the various exports (payments and disbursements) in the ‘Payments’ and ‘Bank accounts’ tabs of the Fintecture Console.
