Fintecture may ask you to verify or update your information in the following cases:
If the certificate of incorporation transmitted at the time of the activation request is more than 3 months old. This is how we can guarantee the legitimacy of your activity.
If the identity document transmitted at the time of the activation request is expired, Fintecture asks you to provide a valid one. This is how we can identify the legal representative. Accepted documents are: national identity card, passport or driving licence.
Once your Fintecture account has been created, if you wish to add a bank account to your list of beneficiaries to collect payments from, our team will contact you to ensure your request is legitimate.
