If the Fintecture solution has been built to guarantee an optimal security, the zero risk does not exist. In case the site on which you have made a transaction seems fraudulent or is a proven scam, we invite you to contact us immediately at legal@fintecture.com and support@fintecture.com explaining the situation.

At the same time, we advise you to contact your bank to report the fraudulent transaction and to find out what guarantees your bank offers.

Our team will take care of forwarding your request to the appropriate authorities and

will indicate to you the procedure to follow in order to obtain compensation, if it is possible.
