How can I change the bank account to which I receive my payments?

You can change the bank account to which you receive your payments at any time:

  1. From your Fintecture space, go to the Bank Accounts tab

  2. Go to Add a bank account

  3. Fill in your IBAN, BIC, and upload your RIB (bank details)

  4. Click on Create

The new bank account will appear with the status Waiting. Our Legal team will validate it within 48 hours, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

Once your new bank account is active, don't forget to link it to your shop:

  1. Go to the My shops tab

  2. Select the desired shop

  3. Select the new bank account from the drop-down list under Bank account

  4. Click on Save the modifications

You will now receive your payments to this new account.
