Although the Fintecture solution has been built to guarantee optimal security, there is no such thing as zero risk. In the event that a payment seems fraudulent, we invite you to contact us immediately at support@fintecture.com explaining the situation.

At the same time, we invite you to contact your bank to report the fraudulent transaction and find out about the guarantees it offers.

Our team will take care of forwarding your request to the competent authorities and will indicate to you the procedure to follow to obtain compensation, if this is possible.
