What does the customer journey look like?

You can use Fintecture's immediate reimbursement solution remotely or directly in store.


Remotely

  • Create a reimbursement request via the 'Payout' tab of your Fintecture account.

  • Your client receives an email and clicks on the link it contains: they are redirected to a menu from which they can select their bank.

  • They are redirected to their secured banking app for authentification.

  • They validate the transaction (strong authentification is required).

  • If they have several accounts with one entity, they can choose which account to credit.

  • They receive an immediate payment confirmation.

In store

  • Generate a QR-code in the 'Payout' tab of your Fintecture account.

  • Your client scans the QR code and is redirected to a menu from which they can select their bank.

  • They are redirected to their secured banking app for authentification.

  • They validate the transaction (strong authentification is required).

  • If they have several accounts with one entity, they can choose which account to credit.

  • They receive an immediate payment confirmation.
