To make a payment with Fintecture (a payment institution regulated by the ACPR and monitored by the Bank of France), you will need to log in to your online banking using your credentials.

No third party, including Fintecture, has access to your banking credentials and passwords.


To pay with Fintecture, you need to have your online banking access. Here are some indications depending on your bank:

Mail to Customer Service. You will receive two separate mails, one with the login and the other with a new secret code.

Banque Populaire

10 characters: the identifier contains numbers and letters. It must be entered in CAPITAL LETTERS

The ID appears on the statement sent at the time of subscription or on the account statement. If lost, you can fill in the online form to obtain the ID by SMS (if the phone number is indicated on the customer area + provide a password).

Banque transatlantique

Online form to retrieve your ID by SMS or mail. Provide the RIB.

BNP

7 to 10 digits

The ID appears at the bottom of the account statements. In case of loss, contact your advisor.

Boursorama

8 digits

Online form or by phone to customer service

BRED Banque Populaire

Numbers and letters in CAPITALS (if not error)

It appears on the BREDConnect contract. If lost, fill in the online form to retrieve the ID (displayed directly on the screen).

Caisse d'épargne

10 digits

Appears on the Banque à Distance contract and on the bank statements. Contact the “Direct Ecureuil” call center or its advisor. Will issue the ID after verification of identity.

CIC

13-digit series provided by the bank with a 7-digit password

There are two options for resetting the password:

— by SMS (to do so, you must have a password matrix provided by the bank)

— by mail within 8 days If the client/payer forgets the identifier/login: either by SMS (you don't need the matrix for this request), or by mail within 8 days

Créatis

Appears on account statements. If not, fill out the online form to receive the ID by SMS or mail.

Crédit Agricole

Corresponds to the account number and contains 11 digits

Crédit Coopératif

8 or 9 digits

Appears on a letter sent by the bank. Contact the branch to retrieve the ID.

Crédit du Nord

ID given by the consultant, confidential code sent by mail. If you lose your ID, contact your advisor or contact technical assistance at +33 1 40 34 00 44

Crédit Maritime

If you have lost your ID, click on “Forgotten ID” on the bank's website (page “Personal space connection”). Form to fill in online to receive it by SMS.

Crédit Mutuel

12 characters

Appears on the various contracts. Online form, provided that you have entered your mobile number in the personal details. Sent by SMS. If not, you can choose to receive it by mail within 8 days.

Crédit Mutuel Bretagne / SO

12 characters

Appears on the various contracts. Online form, provided that you have entered your mobile number in the personal details. Sent by SMS. If not, you can decide to receive it by mail within 8 days.

Floa Bank (ex: Banque Casino)

Appears on the account statements or on the bank's emails. If lost, form to fill out online to receive the ID by SMS or mail.

Fortuneo

8 digits

Customer code assigned by an advisor when registering for the Remote Banking contract in a branch. When opening an account online, the customer code is sent by mail. It is also indicated on the account statements.
